so ive trimmed my fenders.
in doing so, the front had inner plastic fender wells.
i have removed them and tossed them.
im aware that now the windhsheild washer bottle and door wiring/hinges are now exposed.
im not to worried about the bottle.
the wiring and hinges however.............:smiley-chores003:
what tricks have people done besides put the plastic back in?
i searched and found 1 thread about it and 1 guy used a pool noddle lol.

its a good idea but those fall apart quick.
anways, my idea is.
pressure wash real good.
insert pool noodle.
then from spray foam gap filler
then on other side take pool noodle back out after foam is dry.
then bedliner the whole inside wheel well.
amen.

any other ideas? (wells are in dumpster already)

You can stuff pool noodles in there. Cheap and effective. Lots of colors too :D

The more I read this, the more my heart breaks, because it's the more I realise that Duct Tape can't fix everything...

I've heard of people using pool noodles too. Some from write ups on this site. I think Josh did it too. and we all know how he never does anything half cocked. With intense research and over comparison he puts NASA engineers to shame.
Plus I bet it helps in water crossings too.
