Receiver Hitch

I am getting a class 3 receiver hitch and I was wonder what is a good cargo carrier to get for it?

Harbor tool and freight has about the most inexpensive I seen. I've seen em on sale as low as 40 bucks.

My brother has that HFT unit. It held my brother, his daughter, and myself (a combined weight of 593lbs) with zero problems. He's had it for about 3 years now, and it still looks new.
