That depends on what you want to do with it when you finish. Are you looking for stock height or you going to lift it front and rear?

It looks like you have a 2" budget boost on there. Those look typical for XJ springs. Nothing to be alarmed about unless you have a leaf broken. Your lift was gained by an extended shackle in the rear on a stock spring. Are you just worried about the shape of the spring?

Well, to do that you will need at least a 4.5" long arm lift with lots of fender trimming. But that would be marginal. 6.5" would be better for tires that tall

Probably Rough Country, Rusty's and Rubicon Express. But factor in whether or not yo hare getting a full kit including brake lines and shocks with them.

Rusty lift kits are not bad in price but how long will they last

They seem to hold up well as Rough Country does. It all depends on usage. If you are going to beat the crap out of it, then a tougher more expensive option is the ticket. With rusty, order by phone and make sure you get the best shipping rate. They are notorious for high shipping prices with on line orders

There is a price range of SYEs out there. The best is from Advance Adapters and drivelines from Tom Woods. The cheapest is the HacknTap and front driveline. Again it depends on what the intended purpose is. But my personal preference is any full SYE kit with a new shaft in it.

Gearing for 35s should be either 4.56 or 4.88 depending on how much highway driving you will be doing

Then Rustys or Rough Country with 4.56 gears will be fine

For the front you will need the gears, a new carrier and install kit. For the rear just the gears and install kit. You have the heavy duty axles which is a good thing

Ok what do you mean by carrier and install kit

The carrier is the thing the ring gear bolts to and also contains the spider and side gears. The Dana differentials all had two carriers available depending on the gear ratio. The surface the ring gear bolts to is moved toward the pinion gear above the number 3.73 so they could save money on material in the ring gear, in other words it would not have to be so thick. An install kit is things like shims for the bearings, bearings themselves and seals etc. All the small stuff

Don't forget the unibody stiffening where the steering box attaches, also replacing the steering box with something heavier like the Durango box.

Also the rest of the steering will need to be beefed up with 35's.

Then before you do much off roading you'll want to look into beefing up the Dana 30.

SYE (which I think you mentioned already)
