Got your attention? Lol

Planning on building a stroker (not sure on the level yet) then adding a turbo to it. A co-worker has a good turbo off his eclipse that will push 30psi easy but I won't run it that high. A shop I deliver parts too will dyno the XJ before the build so I have a baseline.

here are a couple things ive found about turbos and different variations of the stroker engine, 300HP stroker* O0

$4300 for a supercharger*

Anyone done this yet? Any input?

I saw a thread on naxja about one. It was a plumbing nightmare. After the guy got it done, he was trying to sell the turbo charger so he could jump off into his next project.

I'd advise against the turbo the 16g a good turbo but what are you going to do about a head gasket and are going to lower you compression ration its pointless to run that turbo below 15-16psi not including spike. Are you going to run electronic or manual boost controller and a standalone with upgraded fuel rail and injectors. I not saying don't stroke it but if you do go low compression and boost away. GOOD LUCK :D

I have set up turbos before. You have to match the turbo to the cfm of the exhaust and intake. What size engine was that eclipse engine anyway?
