While I'm not a fan of Florida as a whole, I despise gated communities even more because of this sort of thing. Not to mention that most won't let my dogs in because they're considered an "aggressive breed"

Tell me about. I've got a male Rottweiler with his balls attached like they should be. I'm glad I didn't a condo when I was in the market. Those HOA dues are just an other layer of gooberment.
Though I'd really like to go marlin fishing down there :)
