We stopped at a restaurant that served gator and tried it. Not my favorite thing to eat, but it's better than having them eat us!

Hey Carves, yeah paddling around the mangroves was really nice. I want to go back and do it again. I'm sorry for not replying sooner, but I just went back and looked at this post again.
