Got my XJ out of storage......(2-1/2 years)

http://i46.photobucket.com/albums/f136/corncrawler/RollingFelony/000_0267sml.jpg

A bonzi run back to New England covering over 2,000 miles in 3.5 days got the 'ol girl back to me and one less thing in the world to think about.......

http://i46.photobucket.com/albums/f136/corncrawler/RollingFelony/myxjsml.jpg

Covered in mold and full of new parts in moldy boxes, my first day back I spent ridding it of of mold and swapping out the old boxes......(sorry if anyone reading this has an outstanding order, ya gotta do what ya gotta dooooooo!!!!!)

http://i46.photobucket.com/albums/f136/corncrawler/RollingFelony/000_0270sml.jpg

Funny side storey........while on the trailer at the motel parking lot back east, I had 2 seperate dudes offering cash for the narrowed 44's under it, knowing I had no time and was undecided in the direction I was going with the rig......I simply handed out decals and told them to email me in a few days.......I figured it was the polite way out.

Welcome home, Rolling Felony!!!!!

The head lights look like the came from a newer Yota FJ? Very different. What were the narrowed 44's originally from? I would love to see some more pics of the under side of that thing.

What are the specs on the XJ? If you've got a link to them somewhere that'll suffice, I'm just curious.

Okay sooo.........I'll attempt to fill in some details about ol'Blackie....

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v649/Detours/000_0283.jpg

Tires as stated, Q~78's (New)
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v649/Detours/000_0271.jpg

Headlight conversion, as stated are CJ buckets & rings, marker lights are reshaped XJ wrapped in 5/16" stainless rod painted black. I rolled the front fender down and around the headlight area, all tubing is 1-1/4".....it wraps the entire front end and becomes fender flares....
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v649/Detours/000_0272.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v649/Detours/000_0280.jpg

Both the front & rear axles are 44's, 4:10 gears and ARB lockers
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v649/Detours/000_0277.jpg

More to come, the rain is making for crappy pictures......

Moved the whole thread to give you room to add pics and discuss the build up of this incredible rig.
I understad your reason for sticking it in storage, which is much preferable to having to part with it.
Now tell us all the particulars.
