Well technically xjtalk is in the local news, physically!
Anyone in the Houston area knows of FOX 26 news and a newscaster that has been at this station for many years. Andrea Watkins. Recently the FOXNEWS 26 folks have all been getting on social media. When they did I started following one of my long time favs, Andrea. She recently mentioned a coffee cup that was available at the station and her desire to have one. I jumped in offering up one of the xjtalk coffee mugs for her desk, if she had the room. She graciously accepted. We sent it out and today she tweeted about receiving it!
Nothing more than knowing she received it (in one piece) was necessary, so getting all this was fun!
