I traded my long term project for this 1996 Jeep Cherokee. 4.0 less then 160k on body. Jeep is supposed to be from Louisiana, think it was in a flood or two since it needs floors... Motor and trans have around 50k (pulled out of rolled over xj).

looks like a easy fix to me

From what it looks like right now, it def looks like a quick stop though your local PNP and you can have that bad boy fixed pretty quickly, minus paint... I hope that there isn't any further damage once you remove the fender, bumper and header panel... doesn't look like it hit your hood or buckled your hood any... so hopefully didn't even hit the radiator support...

Gotta replace the header panel, grill, bumper, fender and windshield (thanks to my ipod). The lower control arm mount is twisted and a weld broke causing the front wheel to be pushed back around an inch... :bang:

Still fixable

Thought it looked like the axle was shifted and angled... thought maybe it was just the angle of the pic or parking... all still very fixable... I'm glad that my iPod has it's home in my glovebox... other wise I probably would had it hit the windshield or other windows a few times by now... Although no big deal as my windshield already has chips and cracks... all of which have been there since I bought it... One day I'll get up with the insurance and have it replaced...

I really need to get it aligned. It has the death wobble after 40mph... can't go faster it only gets worse

You can adjust the alignment yourself...
Not sure if there is a write up for it but what you'll do is the following;

Measure from sidewall to sidewall about mid way up in front of the axle and then repeat on half of the tire behind the axle. If I remember correctly, the front distance should be right about 1/4 inch shorter than the rear of the tire. To adjust this you loosen up the adjustment sleeve near the drivers side tire and twist it one way or the other. Then roll the jeep forward and back about 15 ft and re measure. Then make additional adjustments til your done.

Well, I don't have all of the body damage fixed yet... I replaced a defective steering stabilizer, went through the entire front end and greased everything I could, lol... I'm glad I did... It seems to ride a little better and the wobble is minimal. As far as the axle, It isn't fixed right, yet. I took it to a friend to just weld a piece of metal to the exsisting bracket to give it a little extra strength and to make it safe to drive back and forth to work...

On a brighter note, I went cruising around town tonight and I found a few cool spots and a old gas station my pap used to run lol...

At the gas station.
