Which one should I get?

I'm looking at Grands for the wife and I have found two I like. One is a stock '98 5.2 v8 4x4 185,000 miles that they want $2300 for.

Then there is this big *** '93 "10in lift, 4 linked front and rear, Roll cage thru out inside, 35's, aftermarket diamond plate bumpers"and he says it can not be driven on the street. and he wants $2100

My head tells me that I have to get one like the '98 ,but my heart says "10 INCH LIFT!!!!!":rock: I guess the wife will decide which means #1.:(Hell I probably will not get either!?!?!

i would say get the 98 if the guy with the other one says it can not be driven on the road i would take his word for it. i traded a guy for a 88 and he said he would not drive it on the road if you go over 45. boy was he right the lift on the jeep is all f up. so i would take his word. pluse the 98 would look alot better if it had the 10 inch lift on it.

Get the stocker, infact ALWAYS get the stocker.
Reasons:
I don't trust anybody elses Modification work. If I cut corners on my rig, at least I know it. If somebody else does it, I don't want to find out, out on some trail.
Normaly a Modded Jeep equals an abused Jeep.
