95 grand cv Dana 30 strength?

My 95 with the 5.2 has 31 inch super swampers both diffs are open but the Dana 30 clicks when driving through the mud, is this axle strong enough to handle mud and no rock crawling or should I look for a HP Dana 30 out of a xj?

So this is the full time tcase in a Grand and CV joints on the front axle?

That dana 30 is the same one that comes in the front of a xj. It is a HP D30, it just has cv joints on the axles instead of ujoints like the xj D30. You can just swap in D30 ujoint axles.

Yup full time all the time, cv on left and right along with cv on driveshaft

As Jim said, you can just swap the axle shafts. Next time you do brakes, you are half way there anyway
