very nice. Be careful cutting the 1/4 panels. You can only cut about 1/2" or so. They are pop welded to the inner fender and if you cut up to high you will seperate the 1/4 from the inner fender. That will pretty much leave you with a 1/4 panel flapping in the breeze. If you look close you can see the weld marks.

Thanks for the compliments and advise. It was a camera phone. I do apologize. I will soon take pics with the real camera, especially after I get done with the rear fenders.
I see the welds and I do have a question. If I cut up to the welds and use door trim on the edge do you think that that would be enough clearance in the rear for my 33's? It's not rubbing now but I was concerned about flexing it a little. I was contemplating the cut and fold but I'm not sure how straight it would come out... As of right now I don't have any plans for flares so I would like a clean line all around...

No apology necessary. I think it looks great for a camera phone.

Bump stops are your friend! If you bump stop it you shouldn't have to worry about the tire coming in contact with the fender.

I still need to do mine. I got a template from "gojeep".

Even with te trim you will smack your 1/4 panels with out the proper bump stops. My XJ with 7" in the back stuffs the tire all the way up into the 1/4 and just starts to rub and thats with factory bump stops. You would rub much sooner. Dont want to slice those tires open or twist up your 1/4

Just got done with the cut and fold on my rear quarters. Anyone have any input on protecting the cuts from rust. I used a primer but I'm not sure if I should also use an undercoating or someone once posted to load it up with silcone. Any ideas...

Nice rig. I used silicone and then undercoated the crap out of things

A thin coat of silicone and then undercoat it several times and it will not rust.
Very nice looking rig.
