What's up...I'm here in Fredericksburg and looking for some light wheeling partners...my
'92 is a bit old @270k, so no rock crawlin for her...maybe just a meet and greet with some dirt involved...I don't have lockers (yet) so I'm kinda limited. e-mail:[email protected] My name is Al.

What's up Al,... My Names Tony, I kinda go all over the place to do my wheeling, Roanoke, Lynchburg, Harrisonburg, Charlottesville, Winchester. Pretty much all the Legal wheeling spots. Lol
You can find me on pretty much all the forums "same user name" CherokeeForum, CherokeeTalk, VirginiaKrawlers, JeepForum, you get the point. Lol. Most the time people will post meat & greats in our area and trail rides. Just gotta keep up on all the different forums and find out who's doing what. Haven't been aboe to do much here lately, My Wife and I just had our First Child. So we've got our hands full right now with the little one. But I wouldn't trade her for the world. My jeep will just have to sit some time out for now. Lol.

Thanks Tony and congrats on your first child! Mine are grown and gone...so take the time to enjoy while they're young, they grow up fast! Hope to see you out on the trails someday (unless you have to sell your XJ and buy a mini-van...LOL). God Bless and take care of your new family!

Look up Shoe Creek & Big Meadows In Lynchburg, Flagpole & Reddish Knob in Harrisonburg, The Cove in Winchester, and like Drakan1908 said there's Crozet in Charlottesville area, and Potts Mountain out in Roanoke. Those are all legal wheeling trails in VA. There plenty more but those are some of the ones I can think of off the top of my head. Just google those places and you should be able to find directions to the trail heads.

So I went to RedCloud Offroad Park In Woodbridge a few weekends ago and had a great time. Not a bad place to get some wheeling in being a Local place. Its $30 Bucks to wheel for a day Which Covers a $25 Entrance fee per jeep, and a Mandatory $5 Wash fee for hosing off your Jeep Before you leave the property. Here's a few videos I took while I was there. So enjoy.

Lol, don't let that stop you. Being UNlocked makes it more of a challenge and more fun.:D
and there's always other jeeps there with a Winch that don't mind pulling ya out. Hell in the videos I posted my XJ and that KJ both had a Winch and neither one of us used our own. There was another jeep pulling us out with his Winch. :rolleye0012:

I went wheeling at RedCloud Offroad this past Sunday, and man was it a fun wet day. It rained most of the day and made it a Nasty Muddy Slick mess, here's some pics and a few videos enjoy.

The first couple of pics is of a new JK that was built by Rebel Offroad, and had Tons invested into it, Dana 60's F&R ARB Air Lockers F&R, 20" Beadlocks, 40" Toyo's Remote Reservoir Coilovers all the way around, this thing was Nasty non the less. I was showing him how to get to the big mud hole in the park, "he wanted to try his luck" But unfortunately when he followed me going through this mud hole to get there he got his JK Buried! Took about 5-6 hours to get him out and Multiple Winches and Jeeps to get the job done.

I guess he didn't read the Shirt I was wearing "Don't Follow Me, You Won't Make It!" Lol.

Here's a pic of my XJ I got hung up in a ditch crossing, my Spare tire on my rear tire carrier got hung up and I couldn't get traction on the Wet Slick Loose Soil.

Looks like the guy in the JK needs to learn about not burying his rig when he gets stuck. Looks like a nice place to wheel

I'm headed out to Shoe Creek / Crabtree Falls to do a little wheeling just for the day, on Dec.7th. Its just me and my Cousin-In-Law going if anybody else would like to join just post up and let me know. We will be leaving EARLY in the morning. We can either meet somewhere in Fredericksburg / Thornburg area depending on which way we decide to head out from. Or you can just meet us at the gas station down near the trail the one with the McDonald's in it at the FoodLion off Rt29. We will probably be leaving around 6:00-7:00 in the morning to put us in Lynchburg area around 9:00-10:00. Ride the trail stop and eat lunch, finish the trail then heading home. We don't plan on being out to late.
