31 son (single dad), 27 Daughter US Coast Guard (lifer) lolo, 22 yr old son in collage ( TROY) and 21 yr old daughter in collage ( ROLL TIDE) ---Then we have an 11 yr old.... He snuck in there lolol 2 years after i retired from the navy.... SUPRISE!!! Wasn't part of the retirement paln- I assure ya!!! :):):)

Well we are only 7 weeks and that comes in on the 20th week as you prolly know so thats what like 13 weeks looks like the first or second week in december.

YES absolutely he or she will be a jeeper and this family is all about the XJ's
heck by the time they hit the road XJ's should be practically free, I guess they could go classic and end up being 50k for a beat up one I guess time will tell right?

Thanks Blue it only took 40 minutes on the ultrasound, He was a crafty little bugger hiding his business like no other!!! My mom drove 2 hours from my home town just to find out what her next grand baby was going to be, she mentioned that fact to the ultrasound tech and made her feel bad so she tried extra hard. she still didn't then like 15 minutes later she sent another ultrasound tech to get us so she could take a look and we finally got lucky, HIGH FIVE!!!

congrates on the new boy. me and my wife just lost a baby girl brookly at 26 weeks and we just got done doing the hole funeral thing. the good thing is if you can say it is good my brother of 26 years just passed away in aug and so i got to put her next to him so he can watch over her. and when i go she will be placed on top of me so i can take care of her finely. this year has been a bad year for me and my family. i hope this does not scare you i hope everything goes well for you. good luck.

MAN that really sucks!!! Im sorry for your loss! We have a friend who lost her baby at about the 15 week mark she was really close to the same due date as us so that was hard for us and her she stopped talking to us for a while cause she didn't want to scare us, but all that did was repress her feelings and thoughts witch really just screwed her up. So Im glad your talking about it and NO it does not scare me it happens but not to everyone every time.

I don't want to bum anyone out by dragging this on but...

We all take a chance that we will loose someone we love as soon as we allow ourselves to love someone. The phrase "It is better to have loved and loss than to have never loved at all" may be poetic, but when you are grieving a loss it may not feel like it is better.

I have 4 children and 1 step child. As soon as my first child was born I reflected on the possibility of losing him to SIDS, a childhood illness, or just a stupid mistake by his parents. I've been lucky and all my children are healthy. Within 4 years they will all be, technically, adults.

My youngest son has decided he wants to fly fighter jets, and he is in college now attempting that road. I'm happy for him because this is what I would have liked to do at his age, but lacked the maturity and discipline. Frankly I don't know how he has it, but only because he is related to me. :D I worry that something will happen to him, even just in training.

Bottom line is you love and enjoy the people in your life for as long as you can. Control is an illusion, but we still do as much as we can to keep our loved one's safe, and selfishly keep them here as long as possible for our own personal enjoyment.

I feel confident that when we leave this realm that we go to a better place, so when we wish that our loved one's were still with us it means we'd like for them to suffer here with us, again for our own enjoyment.

I believe that we'll be able to spend an infinite amount of time with our lost loved ones in the future, so just be patient. Learn what you are here to learn and keep loving the one's around you. In the end I think love is the only real thing about this world.
