To my liberal friends; you are dumbfounded that I could support Romney & Ryan, and I equally dumbfounded that you could support Obama and Biden (especially Biden ;o)). We are friends because we share many of the same thoughts and ideas, however in politics we seem to differ.

I don't like the idea of the Federal government
being SOOO big
taking my money and giving it to people that just don't want to work
shrinking the size of our military
mandating me to pay for a service (health insurance)
using my tax money to pay for abortions
thinking they are more important that the people they work for, you and me the class warfare B.S.

If the democrats really think everyone should pay their fair share, then why don't they ram through a bill that does away with the IRS and replaces them with a very simple, and equal to all Federal Sales Tax? Everyone pays the same, rich or poor, lawyer or not, and it gives EVERYONE the freedom to choose if they will pay this tax, or just save their money.

My views are conservative, not republican. Frankly I know many of you are rugged individualists, work very hard for what you have. I cannot understand how you can support a party that wants to take away from you to give to so many people that don't have the same drive as you. I care about the people that can't take care of themselves too, but everything must have limitations, and consequences, otherwise it will run away out of control and the WHOLE, all of us will suffer.

Thank you for being my friend in spite of my political views! ;o)

THIS IS SO INCREDIBLY WELL PUT AND I CAN HARDLY BELIEVE IT'S BY A YOUNG PERSON, A STUDENT!!! WHATEVER HE RUNS FOR, I'LL VOTE FOR HIM.

Dear American liberals, leftists, social progressives, socialists, Marxists and Obama supporters, et al:
We have stuck together since the late 1950's for the sake of the kids, but the whole of this latest election process has made me realize that I want a divorce. I know we tolerated each other for many years for the sake of future generations, but sadly, this relationship has clearly run its course.
Our two ideological sides of America cannot and will not ever agree on what is right for us all, so let's just end it on friendly terms. We can smile and chalk it up to irreconcilable differences and go our own way.
Here is a model separation agreement:
-- Our two groups can equitably divide up the country by landmass each taking a similar portion. That will be the difficult part, but I am sure our two sides can come to a friendly agreement. After that, it should be relatively easy! Our respective representatives can effortlessly divide other assets since both sides have such distinct and disparate tastes.
-- We don't like redistributive taxes so you can keep them.
-- You are welcome to the liberal judges and the ACLU.--Since you hate guns and war, we'll take our firearms, the cops, the NRA and the military.
-- We'll take the nasty, smelly oil industry and you can go with wind, solar and biodiesel.
-- You can keep Oprah, Michael Moore and Rosie O'Donnell. You are, however, responsible for finding a bio-diesel vehicle big enough to move all three of them.
-- We'll keep capitalism, greedy corporations, pharmaceutical companies, Wal-Mart and Wall Street.
-- You can have your beloved lifelong welfare dwellers, food stamps, homeless, homeboys, hippies, druggies and illegal aliens.
-- We'll keep the hot Alaskan hockey moms, greedy CEO's and rednecks.
-- We'll keep the Bibles and give you NBC and Hollywood
-- You can make nice with Iran and Palestine and we'll retain the right to invade and hammer places that threaten us.
-- You can have the peaceniks and war protesters. When our allies or our way of life are under assault, we'll help provide them security.
-- We'll keep our Judeo-Christian values.
-- You are welcome to Islam, Scientology, Humanism, political correctness and Shirley McClain. You can also have the U.N. but we will no longer be paying the bill.
-- We'll keep the SUV's, pickup trucks and oversized luxury cars. You can take every Volt and Leaf you can find.
-- You can give everyone healthcare if you can find any practicing doctors.
-- We'll continue to believe healthcare is a luxury and not a right.
-- We'll keep "The Battle Hymn of the Republic" and "The National Anthem."
-- I'm sure you'll be happy to substitute "Imagine", "I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing", "Kum Ba Ya" or "We Are the World".
-- We'll practice trickle down economics and you can continue to give trickle up poverty your best shot.
-- Since it often so offends you, we'll keep our history, our name and our flag.
Would you agree to this? If so, please pass it along to other like-minded liberal and conservative patriots and if you do not agree, just hit delete. In the spirit of friendly parting, I'll bet you answer which one of us will need whose help in 15 years.
Sincerely,
John J. Wall
Law Student and an American
P.S. Also, please take Ted Turner, Sean Penn, Martin & Charlie Sheen, Barbara Streisand, & (Hanoi) Jane Fonda with you.
P.P.S. And you won't have to press 1 for English when you call our country

Unfortunately, there are a lot of people out there who want something for nothing.

Take California for example. If you deduct the liberals in LA, San Fran and San Diego, it is really a pretty conservative state. But....................

So what you are proposing is a surgical strike? :rotfl2:

Take it easy on San Diego.... The registrar of voters reported that the county now has more registered republicans than democrats. We’re not all bad on the left coast.

I was trying to think of a way that would could inform all the conservatives that are in the strike locations to leave by dropping paper leaflets. Warning printed on food stamps, no that wouldn't work.

I'm on board with this with 2 exceptions. I'm not a fundamentalist, so religion is of no interest to me. If I could however have the right to fire upon someone that keeps trying to cram it down my throat, I'm good. And I mean cram it like knocking on my door week after week after I've politely said no thank you.
Second would be abortions. I'm for them all the way. Especially if it prevents stupid people from breading.
But I do have a question. Who's going to work in the fields if illegals go to the Liberals?
Oh and can I keep my solar and wind turbine? I rather like not paying PG&E a ton of money for them to do nothing for me really.

DeeJay, there are plenty of programs for legal labor from Mexico. But the plan revolves around them returning for the winter. It used to be that that is what they would do and earn enough money to pay cash for a house down there. Now they just stay because it is not enforced. The bottom line is that "liberals" have capitalized on this to buy votes to stay in office.

I like the idea of shooting people but for me instead of religious people it would be smokers. I don't care if they smoke just don't do it where I have to smell it. Funny the smell of gun smoke I don't mind. :ass:

Abortion? This is simply a solution to people being irresponsible. It's a get out of jail free card, and it only cost the price of a human life. Oh and the same people that are dead (pardon the pun) set on gun control are perfectly fine with abortion. Why because one is a convenience and the other is something they are afraid of. If they aren't afraid of it, that just means they want to be one of the few with the gun.

Solar, wind, geothermal, I'm 100% with ya. I'd much rather be producing my own electricity that paying someone an ungodly amount of money for it. Same goes for gasoline. I look forward to a reactor that I put into my Jeep and run 4 electric motors on each wheel!

I didn't know that. My grand parents had a 250 acre farm. No illegals though. They usually used felons who couldn't find work due to criminal records.

There is always the magnetic motor ideal. Or what about propane? I remember as a kid my mom had this god awful lookin Ford Ltd. that ran on propane. This was early 80's, but it was far less expensive than regular petrol. I haven't had the need to price propane but has that gone through the roof as well?
I don't necessarily identify with a political party. But I'm rather conservative with most things. I just don't share religious values. I don't care that others do. But the ones that keep showing up to my house every week are starting to get on my nerves. I'm polite to them. And it's the same dang people!
