I have a 92 XJ with the following suspension parts from Old Man Emu:
33RA 3.5" Leaf Packs, 4" TJ Heavy Duty Coils, Extended Nitrocharger Sport Shocks and OME SD. I wanted a quality lift to clear 31" Cooper SSTs with ease and offer great on/off road manners. I have to say, money well spent. With this set up, I gained a bit over 4" of lift. As far as handling...The Jeep handles washouts beautifully with good flex and rebound. Offroad feels like on road sometimes! The on road ride is stiff but not bone jarring. Overall, a great set up. I must also give credit to Iron Man Andy's U/LCA's and Track Bar...rock solid! :love0007:

Nice writeup... Hey if you could, could you possibly list the prices and maybe even where you purchased these items, if you purchased them from a website instead of from a forum.. That way for members who might want to do a decent proven "budget" lift build up, they have some ideas of what they will be spending and maybe even some help on where to find them... Again awesome review, and look forward to seeing some pics of the build up..

Is this pic with the axle flexed, or sitting static under the Jeep?? I only ask because I was looking at the rearward flex of the bottom of the coil, especially by the bumpstop.. Was just noticing it looked like mine, as I have too short of CA on the front end for the height of lift I have.. and was just going to say might need to adjust yours out a bit.. but if it is flexed or unloaded then it would be further back..

That's unloaded, during install...forgot to mention extended bumpstops in rundown. You've got a keen eye my friend!

Yeah I thought they looked like extended bumps... I was kind of looking at the way they were flexed back a bit with the coils.. but mainly just the pulled back angle of the coils.. But either way the XJ is looking good...
