Are they putting coke in pepsi these days? I can't figure out why I am craving pepsi every day. I went through a two liter yesterday. That can't be good.

Could be that your body is just dehydrated. Drinking water will quench that thirst much better that Pepsi.

About a year ago I was on a 2 liter a day Coke habit. I was peeing every 2.5 seconds. :pee: Loved the Coke hated all the peeing.

It really got bad when I was working from home after Hurricane Ike. I started a new job in November 08 and the walk from the parking garage to my cube is a good 300 to 400 yards. Just that little bit of walking each weekday slowly has changed my cravings for liquids and drastically changed my need to go to the bathroom so often.

I was going about once an hour before, now even though I drink coffee on the way to work I don't usually hit the bathroom until 10ish and as late as 1ish.

I was drinking the green tea, about 80 calories, and now I have switched to Lipton tea just because of the cost of the green tea. I try to keep the sugar level lowish in the tea.

I'm not nearly as thirsty any longer. I have about 5 to 10 pounds more weight to lose and I'm going back to the gym. I'm sure getting some good exercise 3 to 4 times a week will make things even better.

I didn't start having any of these issues until I hit about 43, and I think you are a lot younger than that.

I can guarantee there is no coke in pepsi, I love pepsi and hate coke, I should know, I drink a 6 pack or more of pepsi per day

Of the soft drinks, next to Dew I like Pepsi the best.
