Got a? On the rear d35 with disc brakes, will the other Zj d35 drum brakes axle shafts work in the disc rear? Done robbed the only one with disc here local but they have 5 zjs with drum brakes just curious if the shafts will still interchange I'm not that familiar with the d35,just know there junk! It's a friends and everytime we go Wheeling he breaks one LOL!

Nick. Yes, to my knowledge all the shafts are the same. Now if you want to get rid of a headache, don't use C clips. Put some new bearings on those shafts that fit the early 84-86 XJs. Then you won't need the C clips any longer and avoid most of the problems with loosing shafts. I only run 31s, but run a locker in the big rocks. I take it easy and have yet to loose a shaft.

Ok thanks I thought they would work but was not 100% sure as I'm a xj Guy lol! I doubt he would do anything else its just a toy only welded rear and Spartan front he just gets in a bind with 35boggers and snap them junk axles like toothpicks :D we are professionals at swapping I'm spares on the trail :screwy: :sly:
