They are all gone now. So i am lightless lol.

But i found a guy on NAXJA that is selling a set of used lightforce striker 170 lights for 100 bucks one of the housings is cracked but no big deal. I am probably gonna be buying em thursday, AND YES BIGBADXJ ANOTHER GOOD DEAL FOR ME;):smiley-laughing021:

If you are asking which lights we each use. I have had some Hella 500s and they are great lights. I now have some KCs and they are pencil beams and I don't like them as well as the Hellas. Had some lights from Pep Boys and they were suprizingly good lights but a tree wanted them off my Jeep and took them on a simple trail ride and I have not ever seen the same set in a Pep Boys since.

JUNK!!! i had 2 sets of 4 like those. The second set i even tore apart right when i bought them and siliconed the crap out of them. They still let water in and rusted and rotted out. "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR" especially when it comes to lighting. ;)

I havent had them on since i rebuilt the motor this winter. They were rusting and rotting out. Just cheap junk the first set i had were the pilot chrome ones. And the second set i had were some of the same style only black off of ebay.

no got really close and then said nope ill spend that money elsewhere lol. I am hoping with this purchase it willl be one of those things i never have to go back and adress again you know. I have had to replace so many "cheap" things since owning this jeep that i have decided that sometimes it save in the long run to go pricey.

ya know?

Lightforce seems super strong but so is the price tag. Out of my league.

I have a pair of 100watt aircraft landing lights on the front of may cherokee. the sealed beams are 5" lights from NAPA(part #4509 i think.-around$12.00each). I made a license plate holder that was bigger than necessary so I could mount the lights(and remove them just as easy if need be). i started with two tractor lights from NAPA. I have the old ones which have the rubber housing. remove the old light, upgrade the wiring, pop in the new light and install. I run a relay and the switch is on the dash. I made 4 wheeler magazine a couple of years ago under"CHEAP TRICKS"

well, it took some doing but i now have pics in the album section. these include pics on the driving lights, air intake and exhaust mods. the NAPA lights run around $13.00 each. the filter used on the air intake is a K&N RB0910(cost around $35.000 and from JEGS i bought a borla ss universal muffler($109) and ss cat for about$90.00. the ss pipe on the exhaust was purchased at the local recycling center at about$.35/lb. The guy at the local muffler shop took about 1 hr to weld up the complete exhaust($45.00)
