I drove around in Minneapolis for a week. What a nightmare. I deserve honorary residency for that one.

Do it in the winter during a snowstorm pulling a car trailer with a jeep....

It wasn't those kinds of issues. That can happen lots of places. The issue is their freeway system. Here we have nice clearly marked exits and entrances. Almost all of them allow you to get under or over the freeway and you can turn around and go back if you missed an exit. There, you get off and follow the freeway hoping to be able to cross it. Going on a freeway marked north means you get there eventually, sort of, after going in several other directions along the way. Even the locals need maps to get to the other side of town.

Exactly. I have trouble everytime I drive down there. Everytime. Hate going down there. Gotta be a good deal on a jeep for me to travel there..

As for locals, i know several folks that know how to find anything and have no trouble getting around, but thats all they have really ever known. I live 4 hours north of that mess.

To me it is kind of like New Jersey. Hundreds of thousands of people have tried to get out, and failed :bang:
