I use the third option shown. Cheap and has enough to let your friends air down while you are. People always want to borrow mine.

I hear you. It's a cheap way to help 4 people air down quickly.

I remember when Staun's first came out in the mid 1990's and I shared them with my buddies while on the trail. None of them came back with the proper setting since they didn't know how to use them. I had to re-do them all when I got home.

My last set of adjustable deflators are still missing in action. I loaned them to a buddy a few weeks back and I have yet to see them again. :rotfl2:

Yes, they are fast. Some guys swear by them. I have a poor mans version that I made several years ago. I use it to fill back up at the end of the trail because of the gauge.

I run internal beadlocks so I air down to ZERO PSI most of the time. When I get to the trail head: I can just screw on the cheap steel ones and start driving. :D

Ain't that the truth! Food, tools, coats, blankets, tow straps, hi-lift jacks, spare tires, fuel pumps, tire repair kits and lots more. All MIA from trail runs where somebody else needed it worse than me at the time. :rotfl2:

In that case... I need to borrow your highlift, I swear I'll send it back!!! LOL... I was looking at that same third option that you have shown there for deflators... It is cheap, which will work nicely into my budget, and will work nicely if they get missing after letting someone borrow them on the trail..

Yes, they are perfect for the reasons you speak of. I have a set in all my rigs.
