I need a set of good leaf springs for 3 to 6" lift for 92 XJ.

3 - 6" is a big range. Can you narrow it down a little. What is it you are trying to do?

I have a 4.5 now and was hoping to go to 6" one day.

Extended shackle, shackle relocation or a 1" spacer done properly will do the trick for you unless you are already using that trick.

I have 2" spacer blocks and shackles but the springs are shot and are flat to even saging, rough ride. Want it to ride sweet on the road.

OK, there are two routes you can go with bastard packs if you want to do it cheaply. One is the S10 pack, use the bottom three leaves of the heavy duty spring, discard the main. Ride is decent and you get about 3.5 - 4"

You can use Isuzu leaves for about 6". I have a write up on here called "The perfect bastard pack, maybe. I currently run these.

I have a set of Rusty's 4.5" leaf pack that I just took out of my 99XJ. They are in decent shape. They will need new bushings. And I don't know how much shipping is.

I will have some 4.5 inch ones here fairly soon, they have done me VERY well but with my new axle I need to swap some leaves out, they are a bastard pack from a dodge dakota all youd need to do is remove all but your main leaf on your cherokee and drill out the centerhole two sizes on your main leaf then rebuild these back inplace of your stock leafs very easily done I did mine in two hours from on the ground to back on the ground!
