This doesn't sound bad at all. I wonder if I would have to reposition the winch for that grill. It looks like it sticks out farther in the center.

If I'm not mistaken it is for the 97+... but you can probably use it on the earlier ones with the swap of the 97+ fenders..

Yes,it's fit on 84-01 xj,but you need change the jeep 2500 fenders or cut the xj fenders by yourself.

Are you talking about the bottom of the fender just behind the bumper?

This is the jeep 2500 fenders.
If you need use your old fenders, then you need cut it.
There are the difference between them in the red square.

The most important thing is not the fender flare, the junction of the fender and headlight is the key.

How much reinforcement is added back to the fender after cutting them?

I did not cut it, but I have seen customers in the United States cut it by themselves.

Remember English is a second language for many people. This vendor is in China. I'd be hard pressed to have perfect Spanish for a Latin based website.

OK i don't get this conversion.....is it just a cosmetic thing, ..IE no real benefit to the jeep..??

It is cosmetic only. But I see an added benefit if you don't have a winch bumper already. The grill goes down lower than the stock grill. It would allow you to cut out the cross member and install a good ZJ radiator and ZJ centered fan and have much better cooling than the set up we have now with our long skinny radiators.

Yes your goods are interesting to us. We have an international membership and realize that English is not the same in all parts of the world. Please excuse a little inside humor, especially about Kiwis, who also speak English with a little Maori mixed in.
