I'm wanting to do a bastard pack on my XJ.

What I'm wanting to find out is.

1).How much would i have to save to get a used pair of S10 leafs?

2).Will Blazer leafs work the same?

3).Is there a certain year I should be looking for?

Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you.

1). $15-$30 apiece(reg. pack is three leafs HD pack is four)
2).As long as it is a s-10 blazer or jimmy or bravada.
3). '88-'01 any of those should be fine

When I bought the ones I used a few years ago (2003) they were $20/side.

So far the cheapset I've found were $80/set one JY place wanted $75/side. I'm still looking though. I found a junked S-10 about 5 min. from me but haven't been able to get a hold of the owner to ask If he'll sell'em

Remember s-10's are not the only truck that you can use the leafs out of.

I've looked at some durango and dakota leafs and most of them are already sagged.
S-10's are the better looking ones

If your on any other forums post up in a wanted section of what your looking for. I have lucked out both packs I have built the s-10 spring cost me $25 for the pair. Dakota springs work good to. Also 2wd s-10 springs have given me better lift that 4wd for some reason , just get the ones with the best arch., Oh keep checking craigslist I have had good luck on that too

I got my set for $45. (Craig's list) They are off a 2wd 1994 S-10 EXT cab long box. She rides like a brick shit house. So if you get a set from a ext cab long box, only use the the top 2 leafs. And I left te over load out also. Ended up with 3 1/4 or so lift, with 3 leafs
